When you fish aboard one of our charter boats, your fishing license is provided by the charter boat operator as part of your charter fee.

Q. Who needs a recreational hunting or fishing license or permit?

A. You do not need a saltwater fishing license or a snook or spiny lobster *permit if... you fish from a vessel, the operator of which has a valid vessel license issued in the name of the operator of the vessel.
